Golf Tournament
Beyond Labels & Limitations is holding its inaugural golf tournament on Saturday, August 30th 2008 at Wedgewood golf course in Coopersburg to benefit Limb-Girdle 2A Muscular Dystrophy research. Below you will find details as to the location, time and cost of the golf event. Please print out the form, fill it out and send it to the address below along with a check to ensure availability prior to August 20th 2008. If you would like to make a donation, you may do that as well by filling out the form, stating "Donation" under the heading of "# of Golfers" and mailing it to the address below. Freedom Funds
The following locations will be supporting Beyond Labels & Limitations goal of funding research for a cure for Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy 2A by selling 1,5,10 dollar denomination funds. 90% of all "Freedom Funds" purchased will benefit research.
